12 impulses for parliament and government: seizing opportunities in the new electoral term
Kay Scheller, in his capacity as Federal Performance Commissioner, submitted an own-initiative paper with 12 impulses on various issues to inform parliament and government work in the 20th electoral term.
The new federal parliament and government will face enormous challenges. The own-initiative paper issued by the Federal Performance Commissioner is to make an informed and impartial contribution to tackle these challenges in key areas of government activity.
We have prepared the paper based on the findings of our audit and advisory work. Of course, it is not a universal remedy. Rather this paper is intended to raise awareness of where actions and decisions are now required in view of issues that have mostly already been addressed but still leave room for improvement.
